Baking Mat

The Thermomix® baking mat is the perfect kitchen accessory for any baker as it does not have to be greased and saves you from getting flour all over your clean work surfaces.

Due to its special coating, it is particularly suitable for kneading dough or working with chocolate and caramel while the units of measurement on the mat also make it easier to cut and model pastry or fondant. After use, the mat can simply be cleaned with warm soapy water and placed flat or hung up to dry.
